Oyster Bay House | Couvaras Architects

Relaxed luxury waterfront home designed to capture views. The landscape is slowly but spectacularly revealed as you move through the site and the house, with every window framing a view of the waterfront, river, sky or trees.

Two Tease Architectural Hardware had the opportunity to collaborate and be part of this amazing project. Oyster Bay House sits on a steep headland, looking across the Georges River. The landscape is slowly but spectacularly revealed as you move through the site and the house, with every window framing a view of the waterfront, river, sky or trees. The house needed to see them through their retirement years and provide space and privacy for their grown-up children to move back in on occasion. The house is set over 3 levels, with a separate guest suite. This means the couple (and their guests) can enjoy sweeping views of the river and gardens from every room.

This surface finish has a 15 years guarantee. The M 2011 quality mechanics it is suited to interior and exterior doors and a wide range of inserted filling made of metal, leather and wood.

Argenta Pivotica Pro - Oytser House Project

Pivotica Pro is designed for interior pivot doors weighing 100kg or 150kg. It is has a soft-close feature, lighter and less expensive than other models on the market and because the pivot system is placed inside the door, this self-closing pivot hinge is ideal for today’s new builds or renovations. Thanks to its compact size, the Pivotica Pro floor-mounted pivot is quick and easy to install and is the perfect solution whether you are using single, double or floor-to-ceiling doors. It will hold the door at 90 degrees and has a soft-close function to create a secret door.

Pivotica Pro offers a choice of hinge position thanks to its extra bracket. If the hinge is positioned in the centre of the door, the maximum door width is 2000mm. For doors that are 2500mm high, we recommend using this pivot hinge in conjunction with the Magnotica magnetic contactless pivot door closer.
