Returns and Eligibility
Returns
You may return eligible products for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees within the earlier of the following:
• 14 days from receipt of your order whether collected or delivered.
NOTE: Products ordered in from overseas as part of an order are not returnable for refund or credit.
Eligibility for Returns
The supplier will accept the return of regular stock lines for a credit or refund under the following conditions.
a) Proof of Purchase must be supplied.
b) Goods are returned in their original condition, suitable for sale and unused.
c) Goods accepted for return by the Supplier will attract restocking fee and if applicable, a repackaging fee.
d) Any goods determined to be faulty may be replaced, repaired, or refunded provided that they fall into the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
e) Original shipping costs are not refundable.
f) Shipping, duties, and taxes on returned or exchanged goods will be the customer’s responsibility.

Process for Returns
Please email accounts@twotease.com.au with Returns and your original tax invoice number in the subject line.
Goods Exempt from Return
1. Non stocked product ranges that are ordered in form the European supplier, e.g.: FORMANI, and other noted products.
2. Custom-made products or specially customised products are final same and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes anything from our M&T collections.
3. Toilet Brush that form part of the toilet brush holders may be exempt from delivery if the products is deemed to have been used.
4. Discounted items, stocktake sale or end of line sales.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Should you wish to exchange a product, please email accounts@twotease.com.au with Exchange and your original invoice in the subject line and details of the exchange in the body or your email. The new item will be invoiced and the item to exchanged credited on the returned goods. Goods to be exchanged are to be shipped at the customer’s expense.
