We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Free Shipping*
Free shipping applies to all orders over $450.00 in Australia and $900 for New Zealand.
Dispatch process takes up to 3 days depending on when the order is received and is generally delivered within:
• 3 days for Greater Sydney from day of order / payment.
• 4-5 days for NSW Regional areas.
• 4-5 days for Greater Melbourne Area, Greater Brisbane Area and Adelaide Metro etc
• 5-8 days for Greater Perth and Tasmania.
• 8-15 days for New Zealand
Delivery times for areas not listed may take longer.
*Free Shipping does not apply to bulky items such as letterboxes or items that exceed 20 kg.
*Any web order thats not paid with PayPal, additional charges must be paid for.
Flat Charge Shipping
All web orders under $450 will be a flat charge of $25.00 and shipped via a trackable method. Web orders at $450 or over will receive free shipping.
Bulky Items
Bulky items include letterboxes.
You will be quoted a custom shipping price (based on weight, dimensions and your location) for these items.
Conditions of Trade
The customer acknowledges the follow as part of our Conditions of Trade:
a) The Customer acknowledges that any Delivery Date is indicative only and is not guaranteed.
b) Any times quoted for delivery are estimates only and the Supplier will not be liable to the Customer for any failure to deliver or for delay in delivery of goods occasioned by any cause whatsoever whether or not beyond the control of the Supplier.
c) The Customer acknowledges that any time of day estimated for delivery is an estimate only. Two Tease cannot guarantee that Goods will be delivered at any particular hour of the day.
d) The Customer authorises the Supplier to deliver goods to the place nominated by the Customer and to leave the goods at such place whether or not any person is present to accept delivery. The Supplier will not be liable on any basis whatsoever for loss suffered by the Customer after delivery to the nominated delivery place.
e) The Supplier will not be obliged to obtain a signed receipt or other acknowledgment from any person at the nominated place for delivery but if a signed receipt or other acknowledgment is obtained from someone believed by the Supplier to be authorised by the Customer to sign or otherwise take delivery, then such signed receipt or other acknowledgement will be conclusive evidence of the Customer's acceptance of the goods delivered.
f) Back orders will be advised at the time of ordering and an estimated time of deliver provided.
